Our  Services

Facilitation

My facilitation services are designed to meet the unique needs of each group, whether the setting is formal, informal, or somewhere in between.

Effective facilitation requires strong planning. I provide the following behind-the-scenes support:

  • Agenda and materials preparation

  • Scheduling and communications

  • Event coordination and vendor management

  • On-site logistics and troubleshooting

Engagement

Every organization is unique, and so is every session. I work with you to clarify your goals, design a process that fits your needs, and adapt in the moment to group dynamics. By drawing on First Nations ways of knowing and gathering, I create space for dialogue that is respectful, meaningful, and transformative.

Event Planning & Coordination

I provide comprehensive event planning and coordination services for organizations of all sizes. From intimate meetings to large-scale conferences, I ensure every detail is managed so you can focus on your people and purpose.

Meetings

From staff meetings to board meetings, from stakeholder meetings to annual general assemblies, I create a structure that helps groups stay focused, balanced, and efficient. My role is to guide the conversation so that all voices are heard while still moving toward clear outcomes and next steps. By setting a respectful tone and keeping discussions on track, I ensure time is well used and decisions are reached with confidence.

2

Focus Groups & Discussion Panels

Good focus groups go beyond collecting surface-level opinions, they uncover the deeper insights that can shape strategy and decision-making. With skilled moderation, I draw out a wide range of perspectives, encourage honest input, and make space for quieter voices. Paired with thoughtful analysis, these sessions provide organizations with meaningful information they can trust.

3

Workshops & Training Sessions

We can collaborate together or place your trust in me to design workshops and training that are tailored to the unique needs of your organizational needs. These sessions can be interactive and/or hands-on, blending learning with dialogue to encourage participation and creativity. Whether the goal is to build new skills, explore challenges, or spark new ways of thinking, I create an environment that invites curiosity and collaboration.

4

Retreats

Organizational retreats are a chance to step away from daily routines and focus on the bigger picture. I facilitate retreats that help leadership teams and organizations reflect on their vision, renew their energy, and strengthen their strategies. By guiding participants through meaningful dialogue and structured reflection, I help groups return to their work with clarity, alignment, and a shared sense of purpose.

Community Engagement

At the heart of meaningful engagement is trust, respect, and relationship. I approach engagement from a First Nations lens, where listening is as important as speaking, and where every voice carries value. Whether the goal is to share information, hear community priorities, or co-develop solutions, I create processes grounded in respect, reciprocity, and inclusion — ensuring participants leave feeling heard and honoured.

2

Consultations

Consultation requires more than asking questions. It requires accountability to what is shared. Guided by First Nations principles of respect, responsibility, and reciprocity, I design consultation sessions that are transparent, inclusive, and culturally appropriate. Communities and stakeholders are given the time and space to speak openly, and their perspectives are carried forward with care into outcomes that reflect their input and contributions.

3

Dialogue Sessions

Dialogue is about more than conversation; it is about building understanding. Drawing from First Nations traditions of circle-based dialogue and respectful exchange, I create environments where diverse perspectives can come together in safety and trust. By grounding dialogue in respect for all voices, I help groups find common ground, navigate conflict, and strengthen their relationships in ways that last beyond a single session.

4

Relationship-Building

Strong, respectful relationships are the foundation of long-term success in both First Nations, Inuit, and Métis and non-Indigenous contexts. I support organizations in building and maintaining connections based on trust, reciprocity, and continuity. By honouring the importance of relationship over transaction, I help ensure engagement is not a one-time event, but part of an ongoing journey toward collaboration and mutual respect.

Meetings - Big or Small

Even the most intimate gatherings require care and structure. From team meetings of 8–10 people to focused discussions with key decision-makers, I handle the logistics so participants can focus fully on their purpose.

3

Organizational Retreats

Planning a retreat is about more than booking a space; it’s about creating the conditions for reflection and renewal. I coordinate retreats of 15–40 participants, ensuring every detail is managed so teams can focus on visioning, strategy, and connection.

4

Conferences & Large Events

Conferences, consultation sessions, engagement sessions, and banquets bring together anywhere from 100 to 500 participants and every one of them expects a seamless experience. I bring expertise in managing large-scale logistics, from registration to venue coordination, while keeping the event grounded in its purpose.
